The OAC is committed to making the Your Weight Matters National Convention accessible to anyone with a desire to learn more about their weight and health. That’s why we’re proud to offer the Rob Portinga Memorial Scholarship Fund, an initiative designed to help individuals attend the in-person Convention by awarding grants that fund or offset associated expenses.

We believe the high-quality education provided at this Convention can be life-changing—and that the connections made within our Community can be just as impactful. While attending is an invaluable investment in your health, we understand that the cost can be a barrier. The Rob Portinga Memorial Scholarship Fund helps remove that barrier, giving anyone the ability to gain the information and support they need for their weight and health journey.
